Job Requirement
The incumbent will be in-charge of Electrical Engineering Services Unit. He will be required to ensure Day-to-day maintenance and preventive maintenance of services such as internal & external electrification, sub-station, lifts, air-conditioning systems, pumps and firefighting & alarm systems in residential/office buildings. Preparation of estimates, day-to-day supervision of works, recording of works, recording of measurements, preparation of bills and any other job in the relevant area.
